UK Operations Service Manager
My journey at CPP began in 2004 when I joined as a Customer Support Executive. Over the past 13 years I’ve been given the opportunity to develop and progress here and I’m now the UK Operations Service Manager. We adopt a customer centric approach in all we do in UK Operations and through great collaboration and home support the team deliver a world class service which is reflected in our renewal rates and customer testimonials.
I started my career here as a Customer Solutions Representative, progressing into other areas of Customer Support through opportunities that became available. I now find myself managing a team of six Claims Handlers. In the four years I have worked at CPP I can honestly say the Values of the company support our community of people. Developing my colleagues, helping our customers and having permission to go above and beyond what is required of me are some of the reasons why I have enjoyed my time here so far.
Business Assurance Manager
I have been with CPP for 18 years. I started my career as a Customer Services Team Leader and have progressed to my current role of Business Assurance Manager for CPP UK. I have been given the opportunity to develop in many areas of the business and have always felt fully supported during my career, whilst ensuring I have the right work life balance. Our focus is always on what’s best for our customers and the people that work here.
