CPP GROUP UK and RAC Sign Claims Handling Deal

CPP will service claims for the UK’s longest established motoring organisation

Under the partnership, CPP Group UK will handle new claims for Key Replace, a supplementary benefit to the RAC’s breakdown membership. Currently, more than 200,000 of the RAC’s members have Key Replace cover, which provides protection against keys that are lost, broken, stolen, or locked inside a vehicle.
CPP, which already provides key assistance services to around 600,000 UK customers, will now provide a white-labelled service and 24-7 claims support to Key Replace customers from its operational centre in York.  Any claims will be fulfilled by fully qualified and accredited mobile locksmiths from CPP’s UK-wide, 24-hour network.
